Balance adjustments:
- Farms produce more food
New features:
- Display future events when hovering over Turn number
- Display warning when happiness (newcomers optimism) is reduced
- Buildings color is changed when disabled/half-enabled
- When factory disabled - disable negative mood effect. Same for half power
- Narrative slides are disabled in custom mode
Fixed bugs:
- Mistakes in factory description
- Negative food/water when losing population
- Disable building mode when selecting terraformation
- Campaign goal in main menu is not updated on startup
- Building efficiency (<100%) is not displayed properly
